A “Full” Reserve Study is the most comprehensive level of service. Most properties will only need a “Full” Reserve Study once… the first time they engage Association Reserves.

  • “Full” Reserve Studies always include a site inspection.
  • Our time at your property will vary, depending on the scope of your repair & replacement responsibilities.
  • We’ll need to speak with your management and maintenance staff, conduct counts, take measurements, make observations, assess the condition of your components, and create a photo inventory.
  • Once we’re back at the office, we’ll be in contact with your service providers and vendors, as necessary, to develop an accurate Component List, which serves as the foundation of every Reserve Study.
  • The final phase of work includes computing your Reserve Fund Strength, crafting a custom Funding Plan, and creating your Reserve Study deliverables.
  • Our funding plans allow for adequate cash flow, timely repairs & replacements, with an emphasis on avoiding the need for “”catch-up” sources of funding.
