A “Full” Reserve Study is the most comprehensive level of service. Most properties will only need a “Full” Reserve Study once… the first time they engage Association Reserves. “Full” Reserve Studies always include a site inspection. Our time at your property will vary, depending on the scope of your repair & replacement responsibilities.

A “Reserve Study Update- With Site Visit” is typically done every 3 to 5 years to visually document all the changes to your Component List. Since counts have already been conducted, measurements have already been taken, and the Component List has already been established, a Reserve Study Update- With Site Visit is less time-intensive than a FULL study. Our time at your property will vary, depending how long it has been since your last site visit study.

A Reserve Study Update- No Site Visit is an update of a prior Report that is performed annually in the years between site visit studies. Because there is no onsite inspection involved, it is our least expensive level of service.
