A registered professional engineer, Robert has been involved in the Community Association industry since 1982. Robert founded Association Reserves, Inc. in 1986 and has pioneered many widely used reserve funding concepts. For his expertise, he earned the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Reserve Specialist (RS) designation and has the distinction of being RS #5. Robert was involved in creating the 1998 National Reserve Study Standards and has greatly influenced the Reserve Study industry. He is a past Chairman of CAI’s Reserve Professionals Committee, past Chairman of the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts, and past President of the Community Association’s Institute (CAI) Greater Los Angeles Chapter. Robert regularly writes on the topic of Reserve Studies and is a frequent speaker in industry-sponsored seminars and presentations throughout the United States. He is often called to serve as an expert witness in litigation involving reserve issues.

Cathy Schrader helped co-found Association Reserves in 1986. A registered professional engineer, Cathy designed all of the company’s administrative, production, marketing, and hiring processes. She currently serves as the company’s Director of Marketing & Communications. Prior to forming Association Reserves, Cathy worked for Rockwell International in their Energy Technology Engineering Center and then owned and operated a property management company. She was awarded a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
Paige joined Association Reserves in 2012 after graduating from California Lutheran University with a Masters degree in Business Administration. A native of Colorado, she obtained a BS in Business Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado. Her undergraduate education also included a semester at Griffith University in Queensland, Australia. Paige worked in numerous advertising and marketing capacities while attending college. In her role at Association Reserves, Paige serves as the “face” of Association Reserves, promoting our company image and expertise in markets where Reserve Study services are needed and utilized. Her experience with trade show operations, her knowledge of business, and her marketing passion and creativity makes her an excellent addition to our team and an asset to our clients.

David Whann, MBA, RS, EBP joined the Association Reserves – FL team in 2016, and now represents Association Reserves as the Director of Operations. A lifelong Florida resident, David obtained both his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. He has prepared Reserve Studies for a wide range of property types, from luxury high-rise properties to sprawling single-family home communities. David earned the Community Associations Institute (CAI) designation of Reserve Specialist (RS #369). David’s other responsibilities include the development of internal tools and systems to ensure our studies are accurate, comprehensive, and consistent with the latest industry trends and knowledge.
Annette Perry officially became Association Reserves’ Digital Operations Manager in 2024, but her work with the company began much earlier. In 2019, she was key to the development for a portion of Association Reserves’ proprietary systems. Annette brings a wealth of experience in product management, SaaS software development, UI and UX development and cross-functional team leadership. Her expertise in user experience design and the software development lifecycle enables her to implement data-driven solutions for complex challenges. Certified Automation Expert, Annette manages both strategic and technical aspects of digital operations, driving innovation and efficiency across our platforms.
DJ graduated from California State University, Northridge with a business degree in 1996 and started working at Association Reserves shortly thereafter. He has been responsible for the growing Arizona client base since 1997. He has completed thousands of Reserve Studies for properties ranging from simple developments with minimal assets to complex international resorts. For his expertise, he earned the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Reserve Specialist (RS) designation and has the distinction of being RS #61. DJ and his family relocated to the Phoenix area in 2003 to establish the Arizona regional office. From this office, he is able to serve Arizona and New Mexico clients full-time, including large master planned communities in the Phoenix, Tucson and Albuquerque metropolitan areas. DJ has expanded his reach into Mexico, and he has prepared Reserve Studies for timeshare resorts and communities in Rocky Point, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun, and Puerto Vallarta. DJ is an active member of CAI and the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM). He has also been an instructor on the subject of Reserves for training courses offered by both of these organizations. 
Kevin joined Association Reserves, Inc. in 2013 after graduating from California Lutheran University with a BS in Business Administration. He has since worked with a wide range of community associations nationwide. His experience includes condominiums and homeowners’ associations ranging from 4 unit condos to 1,000+ unit PUDs. For his expertise, Kevin earned the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Reserve Specialist (RS) designation and has the distinction of being RS #294. He enjoys the demands of this job which require him to think critically through situations as well as to communicate clearly with clients, in order to bring clarity to Reserve planning and disclosure.
Sean joined Association Reserves, Inc. in 2003 after graduating from Cal State Northridge. He has since completed over 1,800 Reserve Studies for a wide range of properties including condominiums, luxury timeshare resorts, high-rises, schools, libraries, public municipal facilities, and religious facilities. For his expertise, he earned the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Reserve Specialist (RS) designation and has the distinction of being RS #115. His Reserve Study experience includes projects across the lower-48 States, as well as abroad, including Spain, the United Kingdom, France, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Thailand, Macau, and Dubai.

Sean graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1998 and started working at Association Reserves in 1999. He opened our regional office in Orange County in 2003. Sean has completed over 2,000 Reserve Studies for properties ranging from small community associations to large master planned communities. He earned the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Reserve Specialist (RS) designation and has the distinction of being RS #68. Sean is an active member of the CAI Orange County chapter. Sean has also been an instructor on the subject of Reserves for training courses offered by CAI.
Matthew joined Association Reserves in 2005, just prior to completing his Bachelors of Science in Physics at California Lutheran University. His background, which gave him a wide range of knowledge in mathematics, statistics, electronics, and fluid dynamics, has been a benefit to clients as he models complex physical and financial change at a wide range of properties. For his expertise, Matthew earned the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Reserve Specialist (RS) designation and has the distinction of being RS #134. Matthew caters to a host of urban mid- & high-rises as well as beach-front resorts while also maintaining a strong portfolio of suburban North County PUDs to rural East County HOAs. Matthew is recognized as a leading educator of Reserve topics through seminars at local management firms as well as Masters-level real estate courses conducted through San Diego State University.

Derek joined Association Reserves in 2004 with a degree in Business Management from California State University, Northridge. During his tenure with our firm, Derek has traveled extensively to serve residential, resort, and business clients throughout the United States. For his expertise, Derek earned the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Reserve Specialist (RS) designation and has the distinction of being RS #114. Derek is also a certified Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA). In 2007, Derek took on full responsibility for overseeing our San Francisco regional office, which has quickly expanded to meet the needs of all Bay Area clients. Bryan Farley is the President of Association Reserves, CO, and has completed over 3,000 Reserve Studies and earned the Community Associations Institute (CAI) designation of Reserve Specialist (RS #260). Since 2011 Bryan has served all types of condominium and homeowners’ associations throughout the United States, ranging from international high-rises to historical monuments. Will Simons, RS, EBP joined the Association Reserves team in 2008 after spending time in the insurance and commercial real estate fields. Will served as a Project Manager for three years before establishing our Florida office in 2011. He has since completed or overseen more than 3,000 Reserve Studies and earned the Community Associations Institute (CAI) designation of Reserve Specialist (RS #190). He is also a Florida-licensed Continuing Education Provider (#0005433) for Community Association Managers. Will’s experience includes all types of condominium and homeowners’ associations throughout the southeastern United States. His clients have ranged from modern, luxury high-rises to homeowners’ associations representing thousands of homes. Will has also provided Reserve Studies for many timeshare/fractional properties, resorts, schools, marinas, country clubs, historic properties, and commercial developments. A frequent author and speaker on the subject of Reserve planning, he also served as the Treasurer and Vice President of his own HOA for six years, representing a community of over 600 homes with a budget exceeding $1 million. Mark Bradley joined Association Reserves, Inc. as a Project Manager and then office President in 2023 and brings a decade of unique experience as a Marine Corps Officer with several deployments. Mark’s years of active duty have endowed him with exceptional planning and communication skills. Hailing from New Jersey and currently residing in Central Virginia, he is a history enthusiast with a deep appreciation for the stories and beauty on the East Coast of the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy, and is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to the Mid-Atlantic region.
Chip Munday joined Association Reserves in November 2023 and is serving as the president of Association Reserves – New Mexico. Chip has achieved every credential available to professional community managers, including the Large-Scale Manager credential of the Community Associations Institute, held by less than 80 managers world-wide. He has served the Community Associations Institute on several committees and is a regular presenter of educational programs around the country, particularly on emergency preparedness and recovery. Chip has always placed high importance on the value of quality reserve studies and the integral role they play in the current and future financial planning for organizations. After serving and managing communities as small as 17 and as large as 6600 units, he brings a unique perspective on the application of quality reserve studies as an essential tool for financial planning.
Co-Lee joined Association Reserves in 2022, bringing over 20 years of expertise in the Common Interest Development industry. She has managed and provided reserve analysis consultations for a diverse range of developments, including HOAs, condominiums, private clubs, churches, campgrounds, schools, and water districts. Since shifting her focus to the Midwest and Northeast, Co-Lee has applied her extensive experience to help associations with long-term planning and sustainability in these regions. For the past two years, she has also served on the National Reserve Study Standards Committee, playing a key role in shaping industry standards. Her professional qualifications include the prestigious Association Management Specialist (AMS) #4859, Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) #1963, and Reserve Specialist (RS) #367 designations, awarded by the Community Association Institute (CAI). 
Elon Goldman joined the Association Reserves team in 2015 as a Project Manager and has since grown to lead the Texas region and surrounding states of Oklahoma and Arkansas. Elon earned the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Reserve Specialist (RS) designation, having the distinction of RS #358. His career has included completing reserve studies in the U.S., Mexico, and Australia, including projects from small condominium associations to sprawling planned developments with over 12,000 single-family homes, luxury high-rises, timeshare resorts, worship facilities, private clubs, golf courses, municipalities, and more. Since 2015, Elon has completed or overseen over 1,000 reserve studies. As an avid outdoorsman and resident of Texas, Elon offers a complex understanding of the region’s environment and how it impacts associations. In addition to his extensive experience completing reserve studies, he is also an active participant in CAI, teaches continuing education courses, and serves on his own HOA board. Elon is personable, attentive, and committed to implementing long-term reserve planning for his clientele. Brian brings approximately 30 years of combined experience in real estate sales, residential development, and property management. He spent 15 of these leading and guiding community association board members on all aspects of property management, including the strategic and financial planning of large-scale capital reserve projects. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree from Christian Leadership University, is the proud father of 5 children, and husband to his high school sweetheart, Jennifer. In his free time, Brian volunteers his time teaching personal finance classes and serving as a volunteer for the Sea Cadets.
Christian joined Association Reserves in 2008 after graduating from California Lutheran University where he completed a BS in International Business. Christian has traveled extensively for business both domestically and internationally, including site inspection trips to England, France, and Spain. He has a background in the Investment Banking and Insurance industries and is a Community Associations Institute (CAI) credentialed Reserve Specialist (RS #208). Christian demonstrates the ability to think critically and communicate effectively in order to provide clients with accurate and clear solutions.
