Serving the Tri-State Area

Association Reserves has been conducting Reserve Studies in New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Pennsylvania (PA), and Connecticut (CT) for over 30 years. Our clients range from large master planned communities & downtown high-rises to small townhome & apartment-style condominium associations. In order to meet the growing needs of our Tri-State Reserve Study clients, the New Jersey office was established in 2023. Our goal in preparing Reserve Studies is to provide our expertise to help you make informed and responsible decisions regarding reserve funding. We appreciate the opportunity to help clients of any property types plan for the future so that they have adequate Reserves when required, that they have budget stability, that they fairly distribute contributions and that they are making fiscally responsible decisions

Legislation Updates

"Brian & Association Reserves have been invaluable while trying to navigate the new New Jersey HOA Reserve Study laws. Brian has been very informative and patient while we work through this process for the first time. He is extremely timely and responsive to our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him to any HOA Board."
