Serving the Carolinas

Association Reserves has been professionally conducting Reserve Studies in the Carolinas since 1995. Due to an increasing volume of work in the region, the North Carolina office was established in order to better serve the needs of our clients. Whether your association is a downtown high-rise, a townhome community, a single-family home development, or a one-of-a-kind resort property on the coast, we have the resources and experience to help you plan now to prepare for your future. We are also aware of the local weather conditions and environmental impacts on your Association’s assets. We are pleased to be able to serve the Carolina region locally and continue to meet the needs of our current customers. Here we serve North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), and Tennessee (TN).

Wayne Johnson

President
Drawing from a diverse professional background, I merge my planning expertise from a 20-year career creating advertising and marketing plans, with the past 13 years as a financial advisor creating financial plans to craft comprehensive reserve studies. With years spent navigating the landscape of advertising strategies and financial planning, I bring an eye for detail and a strategic mindset to assess the unique needs of each association. My experience enables me to understand the intricacies of budgeting and forecasting and to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. I am committed to delivering tailored reserve studies that help associations make informed financial decisions for a successful future. In his free time Wayne enjoys being outside hunting and fishing. He’s been married to his wife Heather for 25 years and they have two kids in college.
