Association Reserves has been conducting Reserve Studies in Orange County, California for over twenty five years. Our clients range from large master planned communities to small townhome associations. In order to meet the growing needs of our clients in Orange County, the Orange County CA office was established in 2003. Our goal in preparing Reserve Studies is to provide our expertise to help your Association make informed and responsible decisions regarding reserve funding. We hope to help our clients plan for the future so that they have adequate Reserves when required, that they have budget stability, that they fairly distribute contributions and that they are making fiscally responsible decisions.

Sean Andersen, RS

President

Sean graduated from California State University, Northridge in 1998 and started working at Association Reserves in 1999. He opened our regional office in Orange County in 2003. Sean has completed over 2,000 Reserve Studies for properties ranging from small community associations to large master planned communities. He earned the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Reserve Specialist (RS) designation and has the distinction of being RS #68. Sean is an active member of the CAI Orange County chapter. Sean has also been an instructor on the subject of Reserves for training courses offered by CAI.

Dusty Burgmans

Project Manager

Dusty joined Association Reserves Orange County office in 2007. Dusty brings with her 18 years of experience in Community Association management as a Management Company owner and Manager. Dusty assists in Reserve Study research and preparation as needed by our various regional offices.

Sabrina C. Willison, RS

Project Manager

Sabrina graduated with her Masters in Sociology in May 2015 from California State University, Fullerton. She joined Association Reserves Orange County in May 2014. Sabrina brings with her 9 years of portfolio management experience. As Project Manager, Sabrina assists in all processes related to reserve study preparation and sees it through to completion.

Travis Brooks

Project Manager

Travis Brooks served aboard nuclear submarines in the US Navy and has since worked for utilities and city government in operations, financial analysis and asset management. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of San Francisco. As Project Manager, Travis assists in site inspections, component analysis and study preparation.

Danielle Peterson

Project Manager
Danielle Peterson graduated from Vanguard University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Religion with an emphasis in Leadership Studies. She joined Association Reserves in March 2022. Danielle brings with her 7 years of Portfolio Management experience. As Project Manager, Danielle assists in all processes related to reserve study preparation and sees it through to completion.

Bery Barredo

Project Manager

Bery is a registered Architect hailing from the Philippines. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in Mapua Institute of Technology in 2014, she obtained her Philippines Architectural License in 2016. Bery’s work in Construction Project Management, Construction Site Quality Control, and Owner Supplied Materials Management is a great fit for her Reserve Study clients. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, Bery’s high standards benefit clients on every project she undertakes.
